Privacy policy

This policy covers the website at studio-foreground.ca. The site is run by YYYC INVEST INC., which operates as Studio Foreground ("we"). We are responsible for personal information under our control, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What this website collects

Nothing about you, by design.

• The site uses no cookies.
• The site runs no analytics, tracking pixels, advertising or social-media scripts.
• The site loads nothing from third-party servers. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
• The site has no forms, accounts or sign-ups.

Our hosting provider

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. That processing is covered by Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We do not use that data to identify or profile visitors.

When you email us

If you write to contact@studio-foreground.ca, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. Our email is delivered through our email provider, which processes messages on our behalf.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. You can ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold about you.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@studio-foreground.ca. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If the site starts collecting anything (for example, cookie-free visitor statistics), we will update this page before that change goes live and change the effective date above.
