These terms cover your use of the website at studio-foreground.ca (the "site"). The site is operated by YYYC INVEST INC., doing business as Studio Foreground ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

The site gives general information about Studio Foreground and its software, the Foreground Suite. Nothing is sold, licensed or downloaded through the site. When our products become available, they will come with their own licence agreement, and that agreement, not these terms, will govern your use of the software.

Information, not a promise

We try to keep the site accurate, but the information on it is provided "as is". Our products are in private development. Descriptions of features, the roadmap and anything we say about future plans describe our current intentions. They are not a commitment to deliver any feature, on any date, at any price.

Our content and names

The text, images, diagrams and design of the site belong to YYYC INVEST INC. or are used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or sell its content without our written permission, except as the law allows (for example, fair dealing).

Studio Foreground, Foreground Suite, Foreground Script, Foreground Stage, Foreground Light and Foreground Lore are names we use for our business and products. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. See Notices.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break into it, overload it, or interfere with how it works for others.

Links to other sites

If the site links to a website we don't run, we are not responsible for that site's content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, or from relying on the information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
